Returning products after ending the contract. If you end the contract for any reason after products have been dispatched to you or you have received them, you must return them to us. You must either return the goods in person to where you bought them, post them back to us at Aqdot Limited, Iconix Park, London Road, Cambridge, CB22 3EG, United Kingdom or (if they are not suitable for posting) allow us to collect them from you. Please call customer services on 01223 928 000 or email us at email@example.com for a return label or to arrange collection. If you are exercising your right to change your mind you must send off the goods within 14 days of telling us you wish to end the contract.
Eligibility. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused (with the seal unbroken) and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We also do not accept returns or refunds for gift cards.
Evidence of purchase. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, such as a receipt.
When we will pay the costs of return. We will pay the costs of return:- if the products are faulty or misdescribed; or
In all other circumstances (including where you are exercising your right to change your mind) you must pay the costs of return.
What we charge for collection. If you are responsible for the costs of return and we are collecting the product from you, we will charge you the direct cost to us of collection. The costs of collection will be the same as our charges for standard shipping,
Deductions from refunds. If you are exercising your right to change your mind:Excessing handling: We may reduce your refund of the price (excluding shipping costs) to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods, if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
How we will refund you. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit or debit card or original method of payment, no later than 14 days after the day on which we received the returned products (or if we haven’t yet dispatch the products to you, 14 days after the day on which you informed us of the cancellation).
Shipping refunds: The maximum refund for shipping costs will be the costs of shipping by the least expensive shipping method we offer. For example, if we offer shipping of a product within [3-5] days at one cost but you choose to have the product delivered within 24 hours at a higher cost, then we will only refund what you would have paid for the cheaper shipping option.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable). If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, and then we recommend you first contact your credit card company or bank.

Sale items (if applicable). Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts. If the item was paid for using a gift card when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be posted to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. If you are shipping an item over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
